Welcome to the Hellmouth, the place that makes you want to turn back and never return. The blood on the buildings speaking of sacrifice, the echo's of those who were innocent that have died. They all craved a Hero, something to stand in the way of the demons that lurked in the night, and the vampires that danced in the shadows. A hero whom was born with a destiny, the one you can't run from. They call her The Slayer whom was destined to kill the demons and protect the innocent, but she is not the only hero in the world that deals with gods and monsters.
It has been months since Sam Winchester buried his brother. Months to allow the younger brother to grieve with the idea that Dean gave up his life for him. With the brothers separated, they are at their weakest, leaving Sam being taught about his powers, and leaving Dean to rot in Hell, a place that consumes you the moment you enter it. The many cries of help me echoed in Hell, though they only responded with maniacal laughter in the darkness. Calling for his brother left Dean barely with a voice which made him to start to lose hope. Dean had done this to himself and started to think that he may never see his brother again, only to be brought up from perdition by the grace of god.
Risen from the dead, not knowing the reason as to why Dean was brought back from the depths of hell, he was now drawn to one area - Sunnydale, California. The exact location where the next ritual to release Lucifer from his prison was to be held. The residents and most specifically the Slayer called it The Hellmouth. Not knowing where his brother ended up or how long he was gone, the older Winchester headed to Sunnydale, only to learn that the demon Azazel wasn't truly dead and had his own perfect agenda regarding his special children. With having found out that the prophecy regarded a vampire with a soul was the key to freeing Lucifer, Azazel had brought his children to the Hellmouth to ready himself for the final step at releasing the true king of hell.
With prophecies, slayers and hunters thrown into the mix, came another lesser threat amongst the towns people of Sunnydale. One that has his own agenda with eliminating The Slayer and anyone whom got in his way of doing so, back in the day they called him William the Bloody for various reasons. Now they referred to him as Spike, with Drusilla attached to him by the hip he knew that she saw things before they were to happen, and Drusilla was the key at finding the vampire needed to release Lucifer.
The battle has just begun in finding the missing key, the search for a long lost brother is under way and a new challenge arises for the slayer. Will Sunnydale survive on the brink of the apocalypse or will it collapse into the Hellmouth for what is yet to come?
